1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any material available on or through our website infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a notification in writing to our designated DMCA Agent. Your notice must include the following information (as required by Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA):

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including a description of where it is located on our website (URL link preferred).
  4. Your contact details, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in your notification is accurate and that, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

2. DMCA Takedown Procedure

Upon receiving a proper DMCA notice, we will:

  • Review the complaint promptly.
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • Notify the content owner or uploader about the removal.

If you believe your removed content was not infringing, you may submit a counter-notice (see below).

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was mistakenly removed or disabled due to a misidentification, you may file a counter-notification that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your area (or, if outside the U.S., to the jurisdiction of the courts located where the website is based).

Once a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the content in 10–14 business days unless the copyright owner files a legal action against you.

4. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our website for users who repeatedly infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
